Your journey begins with your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where our representative will warmly welcome you. After a scenic transfer to Arusha, you’ll check into a locally inspired hotel. Spend the day exploring the vibrant city of Arusha, a melting pot of cultures. You’ll get a taste of local life, visit markets, and enjoy Tanzanian cuisine. Your first night in Tanzania will be spent at Arusha Safari Lodge (Dinner included).
First Encounter
After breakfast, you’ll travel to a Maasai village nestled in the rolling hills. Here, you’ll be greeted with traditional songs and dances, introducing you to the rich Maasai heritage. Participate in daily activities such as beadwork or cattle herding, gaining insights into their way of life. Enjoy a traditional Maasai meal for lunch. The evening will be spent around a campfire, sharing stories under the stars. Overnight stay in a Maasai village hut (Full Board).
Living the Maasai Way
Wake up to the serene sounds of nature. Today, you’ll join Maasai warriors for a guided nature walk, learning about medicinal plants and tracking techniques. Witness the harmonious way the Maasai coexist with wildlife. In the afternoon, partake in a cooking session, preparing a traditional meal with your hosts. The day ends with a sunset ceremony, an enchanting experience. Night spent in the village hut (Full Board).
